Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic
Senior Business Development Manager System Integrator (SI) & Hi-Tech to join our
Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Iron Mountain's footprint across System Integrators and Hi-Tech clients through direct sales and partner-led Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
You will join a high-performing team focused on selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Digitization, and Content Services to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Responsibility 1: Own the complete sales cycle for strategic System Integrator and Hi-Tech accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition and upselling to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Responsibility 2: Collaborate with top-tier System Integrators (such as Infosys, TCS, and Wipro) to drive sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through strategies, crafting joint value propositions that align with client transformation goals.
- Responsibility 3: Lead executive-level engagements with Chief Experience Officers (CXO) and senior leaders to position Iron Mountain's digital offerings, including Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and intelligent automation.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, including at least 3 to 5 years specifically managing System Integrator-led or Hi-Tech accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS product sales and digital transformation solutions, including workflow automation and information security.
- Proven ability in quota attainment and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal closures using tools like Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
