Role Description

The Account Executive role is a full-time, remote position.

We are looking for an Account Executive to work with inbound prospects generated by our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for running product demos, understanding customer workflows, and guiding prospects through the evaluation process until closure.

Most prospects will have already expressed interest in the product and booked a demo through our marketing channels. Your role will be to conduct structured discovery, demonstrate how Attentive.ai solves their operational challenges, and move opportunities through the sales cycle toward a successful purchase.

Account Executives typically run 2 to 4 product demos per day and manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities generated by the marketing team. Typical deals range between $20,000 and $50,000 annually and involve selling to business owners and operations leaders in North America.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer workflows, and the ability to clearly translate product capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Run structured discovery and product demos for inbound prospects and independently drive deals from demo to signed contract.
  • Understand the prospect's business workflow, current tools, and operational challenges through effective discovery conversations.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Attentive.ai's platform and demonstrate how it improves efficiency, accuracy, and revenue outcomes for customers.
  • Manage opportunities across the full sales cycle including demo, follow ups, trials, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track deal progress through CRM tools.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and manage multiple opportunities across different stages of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with product, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.

Requirements for the Role

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role with ownership of the full sales cycle from demo to deal closure.
  • Experience selling software solutions to customers in the United States or North America.
  • Proven ability to conduct product demos, manage follow ups, and close deals with business decision makers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced inbound sales environment with a high volume of demos.
  • Self driven, organized, and able to prioritize tasks across multiple prospects and sales stages.

Compensation

On target earnings (OTE) of up to 70L per year including uncapped commission based on performance.
