Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing Beverage Industry operations at Manesar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, compliance, and day-to-day finance operations in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including vouchers, entries, and ledgers
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliances and timely filings
- Bank reconciliation statements and cash/bank management
- Assist in audits and coordination with auditors
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and expenses
- Support finance team in budgeting and cost control
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
