Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Negotiations: Handle negotiations with vendors for procurement of materials and services for interior and architectural projects.
• Cross-Checking Material Deliveries: Ensure that materials received are as per the specifications and compare them with received bills and vouchers for accuracy.
• Payment Processing: Oversee the processing of payments to vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and timelines.
• Billings Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities, including invoices, payments, and adjustments.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to confirm the delivery of materials, resolve discrepancies, and address any issues related to payments or supplies.
• Project Account Management: Monitor the accounts related to ongoing Anand Rathi in-house projects, ensuring all financial records are up to date and accurate.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in commerce (BCom) or related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance, preferably in the construction, interior, or architecture industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and vendor management.
• Attention to detail, particularly in verifying invoices, bills, and payments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on large-scale, multi-location projects.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance for construction and design projects.
