Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Jodhpur. The Account Executive will drive client acquisition and relationship management efforts. Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, setting sales targets, and creating strategies to achieve them. Other duties involve preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tally experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in communication tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a renewable energy sector company is advantageous.
  • Banking DPR & CMA data preparation for Solar Projects.
