Account Executive (AI SaaS) - Hyderabad (On-Site, IST Shift)

Experience: 13 years

Shift: IST (may transition to UK shift as we scale internationally)

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

StepsAI is building the next-generation AI sales agent for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Not just a chatbot we recommend products, track orders, recover abandoned carts, and capture leads, all from one widget. We just went live on the Shopify App Store and are scaling aggressively.

We want someone who genuinely understands selling, thinks beyond scripts, and can close in any environment demo to deal.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle demos, follow-ups, objections, closing
  • Co-build the demo flow with the team and run 30-50 demos/month
  • Handle competitive objections confidently
  • Support ABM campaigns identify high-value accounts, personalize multi-channel outreach
  • Create new outreach ideas beyond normal tools and templates
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams on pipeline and positioning
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and deal tracking
  • Eventually help guide junior sales members as the team grows

What We Are Looking For

  • 13 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or ecommerce background is a plus)
  • Comfortable running demos, handling live objections, and closing on calls
  • Can do outbound phone, cold email, LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp without hesitation
  • ABM knowledge is a real plus
  • Strong communication across voice, email, and social platforms
  • High initiative experiments with new ideas, doesn't wait for instructions
  • Honest, grounded, and committed not a bluffer
  • Long-term mindset; wants to grow with the company
  • Willing to shift to UK hours as we expand internationally
