Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Location: Mumbai Andheri Onsite

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred ( Advertising Agency Experience Mandatory)

Roles and responsibilities -

  • Copywriting & Content Creation for ads, posts, captions, scripts, and campaigns across platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management - Plan, implement, and manage complete social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand tone.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated digital campaigns, including reels, video ads, static creatives, and influencer-led initiatives.
  • Paid Media / ads - Coordinate with performance marketing teams to align creatives, copies, and messaging for paid campaigns.
  • Plan and execute influencer outreach campaigns—from ideation to execution and coordination.
  • Client Management & Coordination - Handle client interactions for social and performance-related work, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management - Coordinate and manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Project & Campaign Management - Coordinate and manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Trend & Platform Expertise - Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.

What we are looking for -

• Immediate / Early joiner preferred

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Writer / Copywriter / Digital Strategist in a digital agency

• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in Paid campaign execution / monitoring and client co-ordination is an advantage.

• Ability to write for different audiences, tones, and platforms

• knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing principles

• Strong research, coordination, and multitasking abilities

• Creative, adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
