Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager – Voice AI Solutions

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager with 6–8 years of experience in selling Voice AI / Conversational AI. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution-based selling, with the ability to understand client requirements and position Voice AI solutions effectively across industries such as BFSI, EdTech, Real Estate, and E-commerce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, product demo, negotiation, and deal closure.

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities for Voice AI solutions (AI calling agents, conversational bots).

·       Conduct product demos and solution presentations tailored to client use cases.

·       Understand customer pain points and propose custom Voice AI solutions (inbound/outbound calling, automation workflows).

·       Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.

·       Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

·       Work closely with product and technical teams for solution alignment and delivery.

·       Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

·       Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools.

·       Stay updated with Voice AI trends, competitors, and market developments.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Voice AI / Conversational AI.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

·       Strong understanding of:

·       AI calling solutions

·       Customer engagement automation

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Experience in consultative selling and solution-based approach.

·       Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience working with companies like Exotel, Vomyra, ElevenLabs, Uniphore, or similar Voice AI platforms.

·       Exposure to industries like BFSI, EdTech, E-commerce, or Tele-sales.

·       Experience in handling enterprise or mid-market clients.

·       Revenue and deal closures

·       Conversion rate (lead to deal)

·       Pipeline generation and management

·       Client acquisition & retention

·       Demo-to-closure ratio
