Designation - Account Supervisor to Account Director
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 5 to 10 years
Role objective:
We are looking for a seasoned Group Account Manager with strong expertise in BTL and experiential marketing to lead key client relationships and drive business growth. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and flawless execution, with a focus on delivering high-impact brand experiences and expanding client partnerships.
1. Client & Account Management
Manage and grow key client accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact and build strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutions
Proactively identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of BTL and experiential campaigns including:
o Brand activations
o Retail and in-store promotions
o Roadshows and on-ground activations
o Events and experiential marketing
o Product launches
o Influencer-led campaigns
Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to budgets
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) for seamless execution
3. Business Development
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Contribute to client pitches with strategic and creative inputs
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
4. Strategic & Proactive Thinking
Develop proactive ideas and innovative briefs aligned with client goals
Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, relevant solutions to clients
Provide strategic direction to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI Mandatory
Skills required:
5 to 10 years of experience in BTL / experiential marketing
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in pure-play BTL agencies (mandatory)
Proven experience managing large accounts.
Strong understanding of advertising, production, and on-ground operations
Excellent client servicing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
