Role Description

Andreal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director / Sales Head for a full-time remote position. The role involves managing client relationships, leading sales strategies, and overseeing key accounts to drive business growth. The Account Director / Sales Head will develop and implement strategic sales plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to the sales team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences. Additionally, the candidate will analyze market trends, develop proposals, and actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining current client satisfaction.
