Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: Account Director - PR

Sectors: Corporate, Real Estate, Infrastructure & Fintech

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site (5 days a week)

What you'll do:

• Lead high-impact PR mandates across Corporate, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Fintech sectors

• Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with client business objectives

• Build strong media visibility for brands, leadership teams and key business announcements

• Drive media relationships across business, corporate, financial, real estate and infrastructure publications

• Lead client accounts end to end, including strategy, execution, performance and reporting

• Develop thought leadership opportunities including interviews, bylines, opinion pieces and speaking opportunities

• Identify relevant news hooks, industry trends and media opportunities to strengthen client positioning

• Manage senior client stakeholders and ensure strong, long-term client relationships

• Mentor and guide PR teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery across accounts

• Contribute to new business pitches, proposals and strategic communication plans

What we're looking for:

• 8-12 years of experience in PR, with strong exposure to Corporate, Real Estate, Infrastructure and/or Fintech

• Strong understanding of business, financial and sector-specific media landscapes

• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with senior journalists and key media stakeholders

• Experience managing multiple accounts, senior clients and leadership mandates simultaneously

• Excellent writing, communication and storytelling skills with the ability to develop strong narratives

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect PR objectives with business goals

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring PR teams

• Highly proactive, deadline-driven and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong client management skills with the confidence to handle senior stakeholders
