Job Description
- 15+ Years of experience with 10+ years in IT services in BFS domain
- At least 5+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Partner role for BFS GCC customers.
- Have proven track record of driving growth with healthy margins.
- Rooted in Delhi NCR, understands the customer behavior and talent dynamics of this market
- Have exceled in account operations – recruiting, governance, forecasting, revenue & profitability
- Excellent communication skills for mature client and (internal) stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to engage with the customers at both the domain and technology centric pursuits
- Self driven individual who can independently drive both internal and external stakeholders
- Understand the dynamics of matrix organizations and lead cross functional teams
