- Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients, proactively generating leads through networking, industry events, and an existing professional network.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives at client organizations (CIOs, CFOs, Center Heads).
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to their business needs (e.g., digital transformation, operational improvement, talent scale-up).
- Deal Leadership & Execution:
- Lead large, multi-service line deal pursuits, from prospecting and proposal creation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including presales, solutioning, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and grow existing business with current customers (farming) while driving new client acquisition (hunting).
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Accurately forecast sales pipelines and revenue projections, using CRM software and sales analytics to track performance and refine strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, market forces, and competitive insights to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10-15yrs of experience in Service Industry with good experience of CPG industry.
- Bangalore location (Whitefield office)
- Travel involved within Indian cities and Europe at times.
