What You'll Drive

What You Bring

  • 7-8 years of experience in Account Management (preferably within digital/creative/ integrated agencies)
  • Proven success leading large, integrated teams and managing complex accounts
  • Strategic thinking backed by business acumen, financial ownership, and client growth experience
  • Confidence in working with C-level stakeholders, internal and external
  • Advanced use of tools like GenAI, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms to scale strategy and drive smarter delivery
  • A strong POV on what's nextacross culture, tech, media, and the evolving brand-consumer relationship
  • A purpose-led, people-first mindsetsomeone who inspires belief, clarity, and forward momentum
