As an Account Director at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and our organization. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand JLL's service offerings
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to propose forward-thinking solutions
  • Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance JLL's market presence

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate or related industries
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and contract negotiations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate
  • Relevant professional certifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative real estate strategies
  • Strong network within the commercial real estate industry
