About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Client Services Lead / Senior Account Manager to drive large-scale BTL and experiential marketing initiatives in the automotive and showroom domains. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while delivering high-impact, consumer-facing activations across multiple touchpoints.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in automotive marketing, a strong understanding of on-ground consumer behavior, and a proven track record of leading end-to-end campaigns—from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the senior liaison for key automotive clients, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
Lead client discussions, reviews, and workshops; build long-term partnerships through proactive engagement.
Translate client needs into actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable impact.
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead the design and implementation of 360° BTL campaigns including showroom activations, test-drive events, auto expos, and dealer network programs.
Develop insight-driven experiential strategies, grounded in consumer behavior and showroom dynamics.
Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality adherence across all activation points.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Mentor and guide junior account managers and activation teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (creative, operations, logistics) and external vendors to deliver seamless campaign execution.
Lead performance reviews and post-activation analysis to refine future strategies.
Creative Direction & Presentation Excellence
Oversee the creation of high-impact presentations and decks for client pitches, campaign strategies, and post-activation reports.
Ensure storytelling coherence across all deliverables in alignment with client brand guidelines.
Automotive Market Intelligence
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform campaign planning and ideation.
Offer strategic counsel on vehicle feature positioning, regional preferences, and showroom engagement best practices.
New Business & Growth Enablement
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand programs within existing accounts, including after-sales activations and regional rollouts.
Support new business pitches through strategic inputs, ideation, and client-facing presentations.
What We're Looking For
10–12 years of proven experience in BTL marketing, experiential campaigns, or brand activations—preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong understanding of dealer ecosystems, showroom formats, and on-ground consumer engagement models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Proficiency in building and delivering strategic campaign decks using PowerPoint and other tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects across geographies while leading cross-functional teams.
