India's digital economy is scaling rapidly, and so are the brands fueling that growth. At JioStar, agencies are a key driver of this momentum. They connect us to high-growth SMBs, emerging D2C players, and regional advertisers looking to scale efficiently. As Account Director Agency Partnerships, you'll lead this charter end to end. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and execution excellence come together. You'll define how agencies engage with JioStar, accelerate advertiser adoption, and lead a team responsible for delivering sustained revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the agency charter: Build and grow relationships with key independent and network agencies. Position JioStar as a preferred growth partner in their media mix.
- Own revenue outcomes: Deliver against revenue goals by identifying high-potential clients within agency portfolios and expanding advertiser spend across categories.
- Grow advertiser access at scale: Leverage agency networks to reach emerging brands and SMBs across India's regional and digital-first markets.
- Run partner programs and GTM initiatives: Lead the rollout of agency programs, joint go-to-market plans, and co-branded initiatives that create value for both agencies and their clients.
- Bring the outside in: Share market insights, category signals, and advertiser feedback to inform product, strategy, and sales planning. Anchor business reviews with agency leaders.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Manage a team of Agency Managers with clear direction, strong feedback loops, and a focus on ownership and results.

- Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership
- Structured thinking, strong communication, and a bias for action
- High accountability, commercial depth, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
