Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account/Direct Sales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to build lasting relationships with clients. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
