The Opportunty
As an Associate Account Development Executive, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound outreach to support pipeline generation across global markets. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure timely and effective lead engagement.
Your Impact
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from North America, EMEA, APAC, and India.
- Conduct outbound outreach for the India market using email, phone, and social platforms.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use tools like Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to improve messaging and conversion rates.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.
You Will Succeed
- 36 years of experience in B2B sales development or inside sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
