Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum Admin Assistant to support our accounting team and manage client accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of accounting practices and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing accounts and maintaining relationships.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, and organizing files coordination with HR team.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices and expense reports.
- Support the accounting team in processing transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Advance Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
