Role Overview
Were hiring an Account Based Marketing (ABM) professional who can drive highly targeted, personalized marketing strategies for high-value enterprise accounts. This is a strategic and execution-focused role where youll own end-to-end ABM initiatives from identifying target accounts to running multi-channel campaigns and enabling sales conversions.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to design campaigns that directly influence pipeline growth, deal velocity, and enterprise revenue.
What Youll Build
- Account Targeting & Strategy
Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts aligned with business goals
Build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and account segmentation frameworks
Map buying committees and key stakeholders across target organizations
Create personalized outreach and engagement strategies for each account tier
- Campaign Planning & Execution
Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, content, ads)
Build account-specific messaging and value propositions
Run personalized nurture journeys for enterprise prospects
Coordinate closely with Sales to align messaging, timing, and outreach
- Personalization & Content
Develop Customized Content For Target Accounts

Industry insights
Create hyper-personalized experiences tailored to buyer personas
Enable sales teams with account-specific assets and communication templates
- Marketing & Sales Alignment
Partner with sales teams to define account engagement plans
Support outbound strategies with data-driven insights
Track account engagement, pipeline influence, and deal progression
Build feedback loops between marketing and sales teams
Measure campaign performance: engagement, pipeline impact, ROI
Track account-level metrics and attribution
Optimize campaigns based on conversion insights
Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility

Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms
Use intent data tools for account prioritization
Manage outreach platforms and campaign workflows
Implement scalable ABM playbooks and processes
Technical Stack
CRM: Salesforce / HubSpot
ABM platforms: Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus
Outreach tools: Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft
Email automation and campaign tools
Google Analytics, attribution tools
Campaign dashboards and reporting platforms
Intent data and enrichment tools
Cross-functional planning with Sales, Product, and Growth teams

What Were Looking For
37+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
Experience running targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts
Proven ability to work closely with sales teams
Strong communication, storytelling, and positioning skills
Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience in SaaS or tech startups
Enterprise GTM (Go-To-Market) experience
Hands-on ABM platform expertise
Content strategy and personalization experience
Experience with intent data and account intelligence tools
Strong understanding of pipeline influence and revenue marketing
