About the Role

HCLTech is seeking a results-driven marketing professional to join the TMT Industry Marketing team as Manager – Account Based Marketing (ABM). This role will focus on designing and executing targeted ABM campaigns and curated client experiences for strategically identified accounts within the Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) sector.

You will work closely with industry marketing leaders, sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to build integrated marketing programs that deepen engagement with priority accounts, support pipeline acceleration, and strengthen HCLTech's positioning as a strategic partner in the identified sector.

The role is based in Noida, India and reports to the Director – Industry Marketing (TMT).

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute ABM campaigns for strategically identified TMT accounts.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand account priorities, stakeholders and buying centers.
  • Design personalized, insight-led engagement strategies aligned to client business objectives.
  • Build account-specific value propositions, messaging frameworks and campaign journeys.

Integrated Campaign Support

  • Support broader integrated marketing initiatives across the TMT sector.
  • Align ABM programs with global campaigns, digital marketing efforts, events and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with digital, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across channels.

Client Engagement & Experience Design

  • Plan and execute curated experiences for strategic accounts, including executive roundtables, industry events, webinars and virtual engagements.
  • Develop tailored content assets such as case studies, customized decks, microsites, and thought leadership materials.
  • Support personalized outreach programs leveraging email, LinkedIn, and digital channels.

Sales Collaboration & Pipeline Support

  • Work closely with account teams to map stakeholders and identify engagement opportunities.
  • Track account engagement metrics and support pipeline development initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-sell and upsell marketing programs within target accounts.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and contribution to pipeline.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the Director – Industry Marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize ABM initiatives based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements and Skills

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Account-Based Marketing or industry marketing roles.
  • Experience in IT services, technology services, or telecom product marketing is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ABM frameworks, account segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Experience supporting integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, social).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing performance and engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and ABM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
