Role Overview (Account Assistant)

This is an entry level bookkeeping position ideal for someone with 12 years of experience who wants hands on exposure to international accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.

You will work directly with the CFO and collaborate with extended teams including HR and operations to ensure accurate financial records and smooth monthly processes.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice creation and double checking for accuracy

International payment conversion checks and verification

Salary calculation support including:

HR holiday sheet review

Incentive and overtime sheet validation

Freelancer payout sheet creation

Double checking salary amounts post payment

Salary slip generation and distribution

Maintaining debit and credit entries in accounting software

Maintaining Profit and Loss (P&L) records

Day to day bookkeeping and accounting entries

Ensuring records are accurate, updated, and audit ready

Coordinating with CFO and extended teams for financial data and reports

Required Skills & Experience

12 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Hands on experience with:

Zoho Books

Odoo Accounting

Payroll software

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

High attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good communication skills

No strict educational qualification required. Practical experience and accuracy matter most.
