- Follow ITIL‑aligned practices for incident, problem, and change; participate in CAB, maintain the change calendar, produce RCAs, and land durable fixes.

- Vendor coordination and office build‑outs: engage vendors for network/AV/datacom; lead in‑region execution and validation for office build‑outs to firm standards.
- Project delivery: scope, plan, and deliver infrastructure initiatives (e.g., network changes, platform upgrades, cloud deployments) with timelines, risk tracking, and stakeholder updates; manage maintenance windows and cutovers.
Ideally, You Should Have
- 7+ years in infrastructure roles spanning network, cloud, and systems, with 2+ years in a senior role acting as an escalation point, mentoring junior employees, or running operational teams.
- Broad familiarity across Azure, Meraki, Hyper‑V, and AWS; strong troubleshooting across layers 2–7; scripting/automation experience (PowerShell and/or Python) preferred.

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001; able to translate control requirements into operational practices and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating across India and US time zones and presenting operational status and risks succinctly.
- Outcome‑oriented, decisive in escalations, and calm under pressure.
