Design and develop robust front-end architecture for web applications using React
Lead a team of front-end developers by providing guidance and mentorship
Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to improve user experience
Stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in web development technologies
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are being followed
Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance
Implement clean and maintainable code to ensure scalability
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Proven experience in developing and delivering high-quality web applications using React
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Desired Skills And Experience

Required Skillsets

Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern authentication mechanisms.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and UI/UX principles.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve performance and usability issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of build tools and bundlers such as Webpack or Vite is a plus.
Experience with component libraries and design systems.
