Job Description
IMG is increasing its focus on Vehicle Personalization (VP) business given its ability to
(i) drive vehicle sales,
(ii) improve dealer & Ford profitability and
(iii) facilitate complexity reduction at Manufacturing plants.
Accessories Digital Marketing & eCommerce role is one of the key drivers to facilitate this transformation by developing Go to marketing Plan and ecommerce solutions offering best in class Launch & shop & buy experience.
Responsibilities
Accessories GTM:
- Lead Ford IMG Vehicle Personalization Communication Strategy to launch and sustain the accessories successfully. Enable and support IMG Markets with integrated digital strategic capability and development
- Deliver launch effectiveness and efficiency though optimized Accessories Marketing GTM Plan
- Serve as regional SPOC for scalable creative asset development like brochure, website update, videos as required.
E-commerce:
- Partner and navigate with internal and external stakeholders like IT, e-com team, various Markets, etc. to develop B2C e-com platform for prospects and owners
- Develop customer journey that offers BIC shop & buy experience
- Develop knowledge and integration of various backend systems like Panda, DMS, LMS to pass on leads to the dealers and ensure orders are fulfilled.
- Work with CRM team to ensure seamless communication with customers and dealers
- Assist in providing inputs for Accessory choices in Build and Price configurator across different nameplates in key IMH markets
- Develop messaging for owner and field communications
- Ensure integration of payment solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Business Management or Marketing
- Min 5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Exposure to digital tools & e-com platform development
- Experience in leading GTM strategies / eCom initiatives will be preferred
- Experience in Automobile Marketing, Auto Parts Sales will be preseffered.
- Must have strong leadership skills, persuasive and motivational skills in order to manage inputs and outputs within a matrix and cross-departmental organization in order to achieve desired program outcomes.

- Strong analytical skills and a sound knowledge of business financials.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent individual with strong organizational skills and strong business acumen to manage complex tasks and deliver superior results.
