Must Have Skills:
Technical Skills (Core)
- Working knowledge of Oracle user management
- Basic to intermediate SQL user access management
- ACF2 user administration experience
- Active Directory user and group management
- Understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, least privilege, access lifecycle
Leadership & Behavioral Skills
- Experience leading or acting as a technical lead for L2 support teams
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive mindset with focus on automation and innovation
Automation & AI
- Experience or strong interest in automation, scripting, or orchestration in IAM operations
- Hands‑on exposure to AI‑driven solutions or intelligent tools in IT operations is a strong plus
Good to have:
- Relevant experience in IAM / Access Management operations, preferably in enterprise or BFSI environments.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
