Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and experienced ACCA Faculty members to deliver high-quality academic content for the following subjects:
- Financial Reporting (FR)
- Performance Management (PM)
- Strategic Business Reporting (SBR)
- Advanced Performance Management (APM)
The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity, engaging teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students preparing for ACCA examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live/recorded lectures for ACCA subjects (FR, PM, SBR, APM)
- Develop structured study plans and course content aligned with ACCA syllabus
- Create high-quality study materials, question banks, and mock tests
- Solve student doubts and provide academic mentorship
- Track student performance and suggest improvement strategies
- Stay updated with ACCA syllabus changes and exam patterns
Eligibility Criteria
- ACCA Qualified / ACCA Finalist / Relevant professional qualification
- Strong command over at least one or more of the listed subjects
- Prior teaching/training experience in ACCA or similar courses preferred
Experience Required
- 1–5 years of teaching/training experience (Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply)
Skill Sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of ACCA subjects
- Ability to engage and manage online/offline classrooms
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EdTech platforms
- Experience in content creation (notes, MCQs, case studies)
- Passion for mentoring students and contributing to academic excellence
