Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an ACCA Faculty role. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering effective ACCA program lessons, mentoring students to develop strong conceptual understanding, and guiding them toward successful outcomes. Additional responsibilities include creating structured study materials, monitoring student progress, and maintaining an engaging, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of ACCA curriculum and related finance and accounting principles
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and presentation skills
• Ability to create structured study plans and exam-focused content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in leveraging modern teaching tools and methodologies
• Relevant ACCA qualification and a solid professional background in finance or accounting
• Passion for teaching and fostering student success
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus
