ACCA Faculty ( Audit / Cost Accounting / Performance Management)

Job Descriptions

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable ACCA Faculty to deliver high-quality classroom and online training for ACCA students

Faculty may be responsible for one or more of the following ACCA papers:

• Audit and Assurance (AA)
• Performance Management (PM)
• Cost Accounting / Management Accounting
• Related accounting, finance, and performance-management modules as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured lectures for ACCA students.
• Explain concepts clearly using practical examples, case studies, and exam-oriented techniques.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, question banks, and revision resources.
• Conduct regular tests, mock examinations, and revision sessions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Resolve students academic queries and provide appropriate guidance.
• Help students develop effective examination techniques, including time management and question-answering skills.
• Keep teaching content aligned with the latest ACCA syllabus, examination format, and applicable technical updates.

Essential Qualifications

• ACCA qualified / ACCA finalist / CA / CMA / equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong academic and practical knowledge of the relevant subject(s).
• Prior experience teaching ACCA, CA, CMA, or other professional accounting courses is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and classroom-management abilities.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of teaching/training experience in professional accounting education.
• Experience handling ACCA examinations and student mentoring.
• Experience teaching both classroom and online batches is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of ACCA examination requirements and question patterns.
