We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate digital construction platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), PMIS, and CDE environments. The role involves supporting project teams in collaboration, data management, model coordination, and ensuring smooth workflows across tools like Autodesk Build, Autodesk Takeoff, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Autodesk Revit.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and administer ACC / CDE platforms for multiple projects.
- Configure and maintain project setup, user access, permissions, and workflows.
- Coordinate models using BIM Collaborate Pro and ensure clash detection workflows are followed.
- Support quantity take-offs using Autodesk Takeoff and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor project progress, documentation, RFIs, and issues via Autodesk Build or PMIS tools.
- Ensure proper file naming conventions, version control, and data standards within the CDE.
- Collaborate with BIM teams, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless data exchange.
- Provide training and technical support to project teams on ACC tools.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights for project tracking and decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management.
- 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination or digital construction platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ACC modules (Build, Takeoff, BIM Collaborate Pro).
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with PMIS and CDE standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
- Good understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycle.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Navisworks / clash detection workflows.
- Knowledge of Dynamo / automation workflows.
- Exposure to AEC industry standards and digital transformation initiatives.
