Acads Trainer

We are looking for an Acads Trainer – Learning & Development to strengthen teacher capabilities and enhance teaching effectiveness across Vedantu's academic ecosystem.

This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful training programs, evaluating teaching effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement in teacher performance. The ideal candidate will have strong training facilitation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for empowering educators.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs based on organizational and teacher development needs.
• Conduct engaging training sessions using effective facilitation methodologies for individuals and groups.
• Work closely with Master Teachers, Class Teachers, and Personal Teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness and session delivery skills.
• Review teaching sessions, provide constructive feedback, and conduct follow-up discussions to drive improvement.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with academic stakeholders to develop targeted learning interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.
• Partner with internal teams to align training plans, learning objectives, and execution.
• Create a positive and professional learning environment that encourages participation and continuous development.
• Support teachers in improving classroom engagement, communication, and instructional delivery.
• Demonstrate ownership, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of training and teaching excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of overall professional experience, preferably in Training, Learning & Development, or Teacher Development.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Adult Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in training delivery for mid-level managers or experienced professionals is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in training facilitation, soft skills training, and learner engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluency in both Telugu and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office and travel for short-term assignments of 2–3 months, if required.
• Relevant training certifications will be an added advantage.
