Position: Academy Relationship Executive
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: On-site + Field Visits
KAFA is looking for a confident, professional and people-friendly Academy Relationship Executive who can be the first point of contact for parents, players and prospective members interested in our football programmes.
The role will involve handling enquiries, attending calls, reaching out to new leads, explaining KAFA's programmes and facilities, resolving queries and supporting the team during camps, events and other on-ground activities.
This is a dynamic role and not a completely desk-based position. The selected candidate should be comfortable working from the academy as well as accompanying the team for camps, activations and outreach activities whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and manage incoming calls and enquiries
• Proactively reach out to new leads and prospective customers
• Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into academy visits, trials or registrations
• Explain KAFA's football programmes, batches, memberships, fees and facilities
• Answer questions from parents and prospective players
• Understand individual requirements and guide them towards the appropriate programme
• Handle queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Coordinate trial sessions, academy visits and appointments
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, enquiries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with coaches, operations and management whenever required
• Accompany the KAFA team to football camps, events, activations and outreach programmes whenever organised
• Interact with parents, players and prospective members during on-ground activities
• Support lead generation and enquiry handling at camps and events
• Build positive relationships with parents, academy members and prospective customers
• Ensure every enquiry receives timely and accurate information
Who We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette
• Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new leads
• Comfortable interacting with parents, players and customers in person
• Willingness to travel locally for camps and events when required
• Strong listening, follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Good coordination and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to communicate professionally in English
• Previous experience in customer service, admissions, counselling, sales, hospitality, sports academies or tele-calling will be preferred
A genuine interest in sports and football would be an added advantage.
