Your Role (aka What Youll Totally Slay)
Be the go-to person for student/parent check-ins & emotional support
Use your psych skills to create safe, growth-focused spaces
Own academic scheduling like a pro
Coordinate with teachers, parents & ops - stakeholder game strong
Keep things running smooth AF - daily ops, last-minute changes, all of it
Talk, text, call, repeat - communication is your superpower
