Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Lead role located in Visakhapatnam. The Academic Lead will oversee and manage the professional development, training, and mentoring of team members in MEP design and drafting processes. They will support project execution by ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to international standards, developing content for training modules, monitoring project milestones, and providing expert input on complex technical challenges. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to align design objectives will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum (4 to 10 years) experience required.
• Immediate joiner (0-15 Days) preferred.
• Experience from the same domain could be an added advantage.
• Potential to generate leads and convert into admission.
• Taking care of the academy as a lead.
