Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Trainer (Pre-Primary) at India LEARN. The Academic Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions for educators, developing training materials, and assisting schools with the implementation of pre-primary curriculum. Key responsibilities also include supporting effective teaching strategies, providing feedback to educators, and ensuring alignment with India LEARN's curriculum standards to enable the holistic development of young learners.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum design, and pedagogy
- Experience in teacher training, mentoring educators, and developing instructional materials
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt training strategies to diverse needs
- Proficiency in digital tools and remote training platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in pre-primary or early childhood education is highly desirable
- Passion for empowering educators and transforming the pre-primary learning landscape
