Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Sales professional based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for promoting and selling office design and construction services to academic institutions. Core tasks include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, developing and delivering compelling presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong client relationships. The role requires proactive engagement with educational institutions, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales and Business Development, with experience in client acquisition and lead generation
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning to identify potential opportunities and curate data-driven sales approaches
  • Relationship-Building and Negotiation skills to establish trust with clients and close sales deals
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage targets effectively
  • Prior experience in education or academic-focused sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
