We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Academic Sales Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective students in selecting the right academic programs to meet their career goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic needs and goals.
• Provide information about academic programs, courses, and admission processes.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to guide students in choosing the right academic path.
• Maintain and update student records and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process for students.
• Participate in educational fairs and outreach programs to promote the institution's offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in education or business is preferable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping students succeed academically.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of the educational landscape in India and the various academic programs offered.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
