About The Role
We are hiring Academic Sales Consultants to drive enrollments for our EdTech client's online courses. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective learners — understanding their goals and converting them into paying students.
Key Responsibilities
▸ Reach out to inbound leads via calls and email to understand their learning goals
▸ Counsel prospective students about suitable courses, curriculum, and career outcomes
▸ Convert qualified leads into enrollments by delivering persuasive, need-based pitches
▸ Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales pipeline until closure
▸ Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
▸ Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the sales manager
▸ Coordinate with the marketing team to provide lead quality feedback
▸ Address student queries related to fees, batches, schedules, and course content
▸ Participate in demo sessions, webinars, and orientation programs as required
Requirements
▸ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred)
▸ 1-2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or academic counselling
▸ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
▸ Comfortable working with CRM tools and Google Workspace
▸ Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
▸ Strong listening and consultative selling skills
▸ Prior experience in EdTech or education sales is a plus
