Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Principal at the PW Hyderabad center. The Academic Principal will oversee academic programs, ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, and guide faculty in achieving excellence. Key responsibilities include monitoring student progression, implementing policies to drive educational success, providing strategic leadership for curriculum development, and representing the institute during academic events. Collaboration with management, mentorship of teaching staff, and staying updated on educational trends will also be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong academic leadership skills, including strategic planning and policy implementation
• Proficiency in curriculum development and staff development methodology
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• A deep understanding of educational standards, trends, and regulations
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring faculty for professional growth
• Master's or higher degree in Education or a relevant field is preferred
• Proven experience in academic management or a similar leadership role
