Academic Program Coordinator- Female

The Role:

This role focuses on strengthening foundational Mathematics and Science learning for girl students in Classes 910 across government schools. The position blends classroom teaching, school visits, and district/state-level STEM program operations, ensuring high-quality implementation across multiple schools.

What You Will Actually Do

Deliver and support foundational Maths and Science instruction for Classes 910, with a strong focus on girls learning outcomes.

Conduct revision classes, doubt-solving sessions, assessments, and remedial support during school visits.

Manage academic and operational implementation of the STEM program across 25 government schools.

Visit schools regularly to monitor classroom delivery, attendance, and student engagement.

Coordinate with principals, subject teachers, BRC/BRP, district officials, and internal field teams.

Support execution of STEM workshops, boot camps, assessments, and orientation programs.

Identify on-ground challenges related to access, attendance, and learningespecially for girl studentsand take corrective action.

Track student performance, attendance, and overall program progress.

Prepare school visit reports, academic progress reports, and district-level summaries for stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

Graduate in Science / Mathematics / Engineering / Education.

Female candidate only (role focused on girls education).

Punjabi-speaking candidates preferred.

25 years of experience in government school programs, NGO/CSR education projects, or STEM initiatives.

Prior experience in district/state-level coordination is an advantage.

Location: Patiala, Punjab

Travelling Required: Yes Approximately 6070% field travel, covering 25

government schools across the district/state.
