Forsche Technology Solutions is Tamil Nadu's first AI & Robotics Higher Education Institution, dedicated to empowering students with industry-relevant skills in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Automation, IoT, and Emerging Technologies. We are also home to an advanced NVIDIA Isaac-based Robotics Simulation Lab in Chennai, providing students with hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Academic Partnerships Consultant to establish and expand collaborations with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions across Tamil Nadu and other regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, polytechnic institutions, and training centers.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Forsche's academic network and institutional collaborations.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with principals, management teams, placement officers, department heads, and academic decision-makers.
- Promote AI, Robotics, Automation, IoT, and emerging technology programs offered by Forsche.
- Facilitate MoUs, training partnerships, certification programs, workshops, seminars, and academic collaborations.
- Generate leads and convert institutional opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate campus outreach programs, faculty development initiatives, and student engagement activities.
- Support student enrollment growth through institutional tie-ups.
- Build relationships with educational associations, academic bodies, and industry partners.
- Provide regular reports on partnership activities, opportunities, and conversion status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong network within schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Proven experience in academic partnerships, institutional sales, business development, education consulting, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve partnership targets.
- Familiarity with AI, Robotics, Technology Education, or Skill Development programs is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Former Principal, Vice Principal, Dean, Placement Officer, Academic Coordinator, or Education Consultant.
- Experience working with EdTech companies, universities, training institutions, or skill development organizations.
- Existing relationships with engineering colleges, arts & science colleges, schools, and educational groups across Tamil Nadu.
Key Deliverables
- Establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions.
- Facilitate student enrollment opportunities through institutional collaborations.
- Organize workshops, seminars, bootcamps, and awareness programs.
- Secure MoUs and long-term academic engagement programs.
- Expand Forsche's presence across schools and colleges.
Compensation
- Fixed Monthly Retainer Fee.
- Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.
- Additional commissions for successful institutional partnerships, student enrollments, workshops, and collaboration programs.
