Academic Partnership Manager

We need to hire 1 College Tie-up / Academic Partnership Manager for NDMIT.

Role summary:

This is a field sales + relationship role, not telecalling.

Candidate will visit degree colleges & universities and meet TPO, HOD, Principals.

Objective is to sign MoUs, conduct workshops, and generate paid student enrollments through college tie-ups.

Location & travel:

Base: Prayagraj (or nearby UP region)

Travel required to nearby small cities (Pratapgarh, Kaushambi, etc.)

Occasional visits to Delhi (Laxmi Nagar)

Experience required:

15 years in education sales / institutional sales / EdTech / college partnerships

Must have field experience and confidence to talk to college authorities

Freshers / telecallers are not suitable

Salary & incentive:

Fixed salary: 15k to 20k per month

Incentives linked to paid enrollments / revenue, not just MoU signing

Key skills:

Strong Hindi communication (English basic ok)

Relationship building

Willing to travel
