Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Location: Saket - New Delhi

Department: Academic Operations

Reports To: Branch Head

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Academic Coordinator to manage student-related operations, batch planning, and university coordination. The role involves overseeing multiple course batches, ensuring smooth communication between students and universities, and supporting fee collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic schedules, updates, and concerns
  • Monitor student progress and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Batch Planning & CoordinationCreate and manage new batches for multiple courses based on demand and schedules
  • Maintain and update batch-wise records and student allocations
  • Ensure proper coordination between different batches and faculty
  • University CoordinationHandle communication with universities regarding student enrollment, documentation, and updates
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports and student data
  • Coordinate academic activities in line with university guidelines
  • Fee Collection & TrackingFollow up with students for pending fees and maintain accurate records
  • Work towards achieving daily collection targets
  • Share daily reports on collections and outstanding payments with management
  • Reporting & DocumentationMaintain organized records of students, batches, and financial transactions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a target-driven environment
