Role Overview
The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for delivering highly personalized mentoring and one-on-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions. This role plays a crucial part in supporting enrolment goals by providing structured guidance and building strong mentor–student relationships throughout the admission journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student's goals, strengths, and preferences.
- Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations.
- Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission process.
- Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and career pathways based on each student's profile and objectives.
- Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.
- Track student progress and counselling outcomes to enhance guidance quality and improve enrolment conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client-facing roles (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or counselling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of NEET UG/PG counselling processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, research, and presentation skills.
