- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by effectively explaining course benefits and career outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to support lead generation and student engagement activities.
- Assist students with the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth admission experience.
- Stay updated about the institute's programs, industry trends, and career opportunities to provide accurate guidance.
