Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with the Academic Management team to develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing operations and achieving academic goals.
- Utilize your English proficiency to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Lead and motivate teams to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Unimonks products and services.
- Assist in managing human resources tasks such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Take charge of project management tasks, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
- Drive sales efforts by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
- Create daily class schedules, mock test and other academic activities.
