Designation: Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor

Location: Barasat, West Bengal

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:-

Provide strategic academic direction for programmes and departments
Lead, mentor, and develop faculty teams
Drive research, publications, and industry-academia collaboration
Strengthen curriculum, accreditation readiness, and student outcomes

Education:-

Selection criteria for Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor must be at par with UGC norms.
Ph.D. in Management / Commerce or a related discipline
MBA or M.Com with a minimum of above 55% marks at all academic levels
Substantial teaching and research experience in higher education
Proven leadership experience, ideally currently serving as HoD, Dean, Director, or in an equivalent academic leadership role
Must be aware of AI advancements and its applications
