Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Head - North, responsible for overseeing educational initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of curriculum solutions across the northern region. Key responsibilities include leading a team of educators, designing and improving curriculum strategies, and ensuring alignment with national education standards. The role also involves communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the quality of learning materials and practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Management and Education practices
- Experience in Curriculum Development and alignment with educational standards
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Expertise in Team Management and leadership in an academic environment
- Passion for early childhood education and fostering holistic development
- A postgraduate degree in Education or a related field
- Prior experience in managing educational projects or programs is preferred
