Role Responsibilities
Teaching, Assessment and Administrative Support
- To assist faculty members in course design, delivery and assessment. This includes developing course materials, managing classroom logistics like attendance and participation, providing tutorial support, and documenting pedagogical innovations.
- The Academic Fellow is responsible for the daily operational management of the classroom, ensuring accurate attendance marking and tabulation, as well as meticulous recording and tabulation of class participation.
- To monitor student progress by tracking the development of class projects and assignments, providing vital support to both faculty and students in maintaining an organized and effective learning experience. This includes providing tutorial support including remedial classes, to students as instructed by faculty members.
- To provide administrative support, including proctoring examinations, as needed by the institution.
- To participate in assessment as and when required by the faculty, attend pre-evaluation briefings to understand procedures, and engage in post-evaluation debriefings for feedback and process improvement.
Research, Outreach and Projects
- Assist faculty with research projects, conducting literature reviews and data analysis, and contribute to outreach initiatives by developing projects and organizing events. This also includes designing promotional materials and coordinating with external stakeholders, thereby expanding the school's reach and impact.
Other Responsibilities
- To lead and conduct workshops and sessions on topics of interest to students and actively facilitate activities within student clubs/ academic committees.
- To provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students on their projects and activities, fostering their academic and professional development.

- Candidates must have an undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of experience or a fresh postgraduate degree to apply.
